Jacqueline Anne Moore Delisle, a principal in the firm since 2006, is licensed in both Maryland and Virginia. She focuses her practice in Real Estate Acquisition and Development representing local and regional clients, in both residential and commercial projects.

As part of her real estate practice, she also works with preservation and conservation clients, including projects to secure conservation credits for agricul- tural and other easement programs.
Ms. Delisle’s Business Law clients include both established companies and “start-ups,” where she assists owners in initial organization (LLC/corporations), asset purchases/sales, and with their company’s ongoing needs, including employment issues. Ms. Delisle also works with non-profit organizations, including museums, with governance and collections policies. She provides Construction (including wills and powers of attorney), as well as Estate Administration services.
Ms. Delisle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at McDaniel College and her J.D. at the University of Baltimore. She clerked for the late Honorable E. O. Weant at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and is a member of both the Maryland and the Virginia Bar Associations.
