David K. Silverberg is a 1986 magna cum laude graduate of California Western School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York. After working as an insurance defense attorney in San Diego, David returned to Buffalo in 1993 with his wife Cheryl and their two sons, Jacob and Zachary.

Since then, he has primarily focused his practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, matrimonial and family law, construction and probate and issues involved in the investment industry.

He is a member of the Erie County, and American Bar Associations, as well as the New York State Defenders Association, and he has been qualified as an Arbitration Chairperson by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
