She attended UC Berkeley as an undergraduate in political science and received her law degree from UC Hastings in San Francisco. In 1992, she opened her own practice in San Francisco and then a second office in Sonoma. She now practices in Redding, California in the Greater North State Area. Catherine has been recognized among The Who’s Who of Top Attorneys of North America and is a member of both the  National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and a member of the Estate and Trusts section of the California State Bar. She wrote a book and workbook, Paths to Prosperity: A Guide To Living From Your Heart, Not Your Wallet, helping people in the pursuit of prosperity.
