In addition, Brian has represented educational institutions on a wide array of health, educational, and employment-related matters, including compliance with HIPAA, ACA, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act, the Clery Act, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Brian received his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2009. Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin in 2005.

Brian has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Brian is a member of the Minnesota, Florida, New York, and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida.
