Mr. Crowther received his J.D. from Brigham Young University in 2012 where he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review. While attending law school, he was an intern for Justice Matthew B. Durrant, current Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court. Mr. Crowther joined Preston & Scott shortly after his graduation.
Since joining Preston & Scott, Mr. Crowther has worked on numerous cases, including cases involving breach of contract, intellectual property, fraud, business torts, and breach of fiduciary duties claims, among others. Mr. Crowther’s practice interests include commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and construction.
