Following her graduation, she returned to Fulton County, New York and was employed as an associate with the Law Offices of Edward F. Skoda upon her admission to the New York State Bar in 2005. Gifford worked at the Offices of Edward F. Skoda until 2009 when she took over the practice following Judge Skoda’s appointment and subsequent election to the Fulton County Family Court bench.

She has trial experience representing clients in both jury and non-jury trials in several areas of the law. Gifford currently practices in the areas of divorce, family law, criminal law, DWI, Personal Injury and estate planing.
